Having huge difficulties in rinsing away the family member plan that my iPhone/Watch pairing keeps recognising. I requested EE delete the watch data plan which was seen as the root of the problem (plan was mistakenly set up as a family member plan rather than a paired plan) and this has been done (is it no longer appears in my EE). However, when I try to set up a new data plan through the watch app on my iPhone - I get this:-
To be clear, there is no watch data plan active. Any guidance appreciated.
Thanks.

@Kit5 Apart from doing that it looks like a call to customer service and request to speak with the Apple Watch team.

@Kit5 Have you tried factory restoring the watch first ? You need to make sure they’re is nothing on the watch also.

@Chris_B Hi - thanks for responding. Yes, I factory reset the watch and re-paired it to the iPhone. Any other insight you could offer?

@Chris_B Solved by EE technicians - some gremlins at EE end; NOT watch/iPhone.
I guess it's not at all informative to anyone else experiencing the same issue so just need to be patient and keep plugging away on 150.
