I have moved to a sim only plan and have the free Apple Music add on for 6 months. My Apple ID is a family shared one so we all have the same ID. When I try to log in then it kicks me out as my wife already has Apple Music on her account? When I tried to create my own Apple ID to use then it doesn’t show as free but charging for songs. Any idea how I can use the offer? @support please help?

@KK961 You have to set this up with your own Apple ID from the start. When you create your own Apple ID you then need to use the link that was sent when you text MUSIC to 150.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
