Hi
I got an Apple Watch from EE on my plan 3 months ago.
Wish I had got a different colour.
can I unpair this watch and gift it to someone else not on EE and buy another Apple Watch from Apple and pair that to my plan. I think I know I can do the latter but I don’t know whether the Apple Watch I have now will work with someone else’s phone on Vodafone for example.
so I suppose what I am asking is whether this Apple Watch I have now is tied to my contract and phone.

@Samantha2683 Yes you can do that but when you unpair the watch make sure you keep the tariff. That might sound strange now but you’ll see what I mean when you do this. And yes you can then pair a different Apple Watch with your current tariff. The watch isn’t locked to EE so it can be used on Vodafone. Remember to remove the watch from your Apple account also.

Great thanks.
so I don’t need to worry about the EID number or anything like that being registered to my EE account? I have probably over read everything!
