Hi Steve

 

I have just spoken with EE CS and advised them of my situation and your scenario and how you have managed to resolve it. 

They have placed a new order and manually allocated my order a watch, so hopefully I will receive a text from DPD now, although they did say my order might not arrive until Monday now. 

Thanks for your help and I hope your order arrives today.

Morning David,

 

That's brilliant, glad to hear that CS were able to help and lets hope the fix that they've carried out resolves it as it has with my order.

 

To confirm, my Watch arrived via DPD just after 9am this morning, so glad my month-long issue's has come to and end!

 

Fingers crossed for you and let me know when you get your tracking number.
