I ordered mine on the 30th October, still no update on order tracker for this one.
I called 150 to advise that i've done this and they said that's fine, depending which one arrives first, just call back and go through to cancellations to then cancel the one that's left outstanding.
I just thought that if i ordered online while it's saying in-stock and 1 day dispatch, that should surely stand for something! 😅

Are you saying that the order reference number you have for your order placed in October doesn't show any status on the on-line order tracker at all? Or that it just shows 'Awaiting Confirmation'?
Mine is still showing 'Awaiting Confirmation' on the order I placed on the 30/10.

I'd be a little concerned if you tracking number and email address don't bring anything up at all at this stage, as it should at least show 'Awaiting Confirmation' by now.
Worth probably submitting another order now it's showing online in stock - then as i say, you can cancel whichever doesn't turn up in time!

Any update on your watch? I submitted a new order and received an email on Monday evening stating they’re getting it ready and I would receive a text from DPD the day before delivery but nothing since???

Hi David,
I’ve since been on the phone a couple of times with EE CS about my order. Turned out on Monday they realised that for some reason my order was not automatically allocating one of the available stock they have on the shelf to it, to then be dispatched to DPD to deliver.
Had to go through about 3/4 different Advisors on the phone to ultimately cancel the original order and place another fresh ‘Upgrade’ in a bid to have one dispatched sooner. Another 24hrs and still not confirmation of order or tracking numbers. So I called again this morning...
Order still not automatically allocating stock, so the CS Advisor spoke to the ‘Supply Team’ and had someone manually assign one of the stock on the shelf to my order and said that I’d receive a tracking number later today with delivery expected tomorrow.
To give the Advisor her due, 90mins later I had a text with a tracking number from DPD and as it stands currently it says it was last seen at the EE Warehouse having been collected by DPD at 2:21pm - so all seems on-track.
It’s a real shame that it came to the point of me chasing it down on multiple occasions over what’s nearly been a month to get to here and shows unfortunately how broken the EE ordering system actually is. I’m unlikely to order any devices through EE again, I’ll go to Apple direct again like I did with my 12 Pro Max, in comparison it was easy and stress-free and arrived as promised on launch day.
Give EE a call tomorrow on 150 though and choose option 1 for Account Queries and explain my situation above and I’m sure someone will be able to help you - EE do have a great Team of CS Advisors on hand, but unfortunately they’re let down by their systems inability to operate as intended.
