Hello,
I've just swapped from Tesco to EE for my provider and been sold a Pay Monthly 5G SIM for my iPhone XS Max. I specifically told the person on the phone at EE that I have an Apple Series 5 watch (Data/GPS) and am swapping to EE as it's not supported for data on Tesco.
When I try and set up Mobile Data through the My Watch app, it tells me that mobile data cannot be set up with my price plan!
What has happened? Has the EE person sold me the wrong contract/plan/sim? She told me very clearly that this would work!
I need some answers please??

I would suggest giving our Tech gurus a call on 150, they can check your account for you and help you get the watch connected 🙂
