Not received text on activating smart benefit, is there any other way to activate?

just double check your smart benefits in my ee. i had a couple issues when moving from britbox to apple music. it then took 30 mins for the system to sort it all out.
it maybe that it’s not on there, just try again.

if you can’t see smart benefits, maybe worth checking your on a plan which has at least one.
