I’ve just had a txt saying my six months free Apple Music is coming to an end and to txt stop music if I don’t want to pay £9:99 p/m.
so I did.
I get a txt back saying I don’t have this on my number ..... so how did they txt me ! Also how do I stop it. ? I’ve looked into this and there is nowhere to make sure it’s been stopped before I get charged ?

Hi @Vixenc71
Thanks for coming to the community.
If you log into your My EE app and select add-ons, do you have Apple Music showing?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Yes. It says sign up now for the free period.
I think it could be signed into the number that came with the phone. I then had to get a PAC to change to my own number even though I was with ee previously.

Hi @Vixenc71
If you select Menu in your My EE app, do you have more than one number?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I appreciate you helping me.
when I first got my phone yes it had another number but now it’s showing just the one number and that’s the number I got the txt to ( my original number that I’ve held for many years ). @Leanne_T

Does it show on your bill that you had the 6 months free Apple Music add-on, @Vixenc71?
Or does it show anywhere in your My EE account as an active add-on?

I’ve looked everywhere but it shows no add-on. But it could be with the number that came with the phone. Not my old number that I’m using now.
I don’t know the ( new) number that came with the phone to check that account.

If it was added to your original (temporary) number, the subscription would have transferred over to your ported in number, @Vixenc71.
It may be best to speak to our Mobile Care team to make sure the subscription is removed from our side.
