Aple watch

Hello been atempting to call ee to sort the order for aple watch since last week and been told to wait as order is placed and on stick and should be sent in next day or two. This is the third time and no luck. Been given a direct email of  a person in ee that i spoke and no luck as well. How can i get some inlight of when to receive my order??

@Belo24  you receive your order when I watch can be allocated to you depending on what model type you ordered they could be people waiting in front of you in the queue.  
you’ll be notified as soon as the watch has been allocated to you and has been dispatched to you you’ll also receive a text from DPD informing you of a delivery time slot on the day of delivery. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
