I have used anytime upgrade, however my order has no estimated date currently. However, EE are asking for my phone back by 21/11/21 or looking to charge me £385 - am I expected to be without a phone whilst they cannot fulfil my order?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you have still not received your phone closer to the date of November 21st I would recommend notifying our customer care team who can make note on your account.
Once you have received your new phone, you will then need to return your old one.
