Hi
I upgraded my phone using Anytime Upgrade, received my envelope to send my Old Phone back to EE and sent my Old Phone back in the envelope with EEs sticker on for Special Delivery. I forgot to put my name and number in the envelope and just sent the phone in the envelope. I know they have received it through the tracking on Special Delivery but I haven't received a text confirming they have it. My thinking was they would scan the barcode on the Sticker for the envelope and my details would pop up. How long once they receive the phone will they assess it?

When was your phone received back?
You should receive notification once the phone has been checked.

It's usually scanned in within a couple of days of receipt. Hopefully they're in touch soon. 🙂
