I want to add a gadget to my plan however when I log in it defaults to my watch which is due to end in September so under the 17 months, is there any way of changing the default number to my main one?
also, adding to plan doesn’t prevent me upgrading does it?

@wizzywig27 When you login to your account you should be able to select the correct device. Then select the add to plan. And it will not change your upgrade if you have a add to plan product.

@Chris_B When I log into my EE account it loads up my number as the main one, then I click shop>add to plan and when the page loads it defaults to my watch number, am I doing it wrong?

@Christopher_G yes, this happens no matter how I log in, safari, chrome, iPad, iPhone etc

Thanks for trying this.
We will need to get this looked into for you, if you get in touch with our Mobile Care team they can help you with your add to plan order and also make sure your mobile number is set up as the main number in your My EE account.
