Hey. I just got a new phone and I want to add Nintendo switch to plan. Unfortunately when I'm trying to add it, it takes me to an upgrade page. I know that I need to have more that 13 month left on contract witch I do because my contract just started. Am I doing something wrong or what?

I'm not new but I just got a new phone on another account so this account is new. I was told that I need to wait 30 days so I did and it still does not let me add to plan. I'm flashed with a message "You're unable to add another additional product to your account at this time"
