Add to plan order tracking/updates

Hi, I finally managed to order an Xbox yesterday via the EE add to plan page. I’ve received an email which says: 

 

Hi,

Thank you for placing an order for an Add to Plan product on your account.
Your order is winging its way to you right this minute so get ready to say hello to your new item.

You will get free Monday to Friday delivery as standard on all online orders and we will try our best to deliver within 1 working day providing your order is accepted before 21:00.  

DELIVERY DETAILS AND RETURNS

You will get free UK delivery as standard on all online orders.
 
I got this email at 9am yesterday and haven’t heard anything else since... is this normal? I’ve tried online tracking using the order number I’ve got but it just says that it can’t be tracked?

@Emanewton7  until you receive a tracking number you cannot track it.  All you have done at the moment is order a add to plan product.  And the email you received is an automated reply email.

Yep. You’re completely in the dark until DPD receive it. 🙄
