Hi, 

So I ordered a pair of Airpods Pro on an Add To Plan but I havent recieved a confirmation email or anything of that sort, what can I do?

Check your junk/spam email fokder to see if you have received an email from EE. If not give EE CS a call on 150 tomorrow.
