Hi just wondering if u can help me I have my sim card from my iPhone 11 4g one I have upgraded to a 5G plan on iPhone 12 do I need a new sim card as I don’t seem to be getting 5G on this sim card even though it’s my plan

You don't need a new SIM card.

 

But are you in a 5G area?
