I have a 4G sim, but I have upgrade my Sim and bought 5G sim. Just after payment I understood that my new sim has 5G. will my new sim with 5G work with my 4G mobile phone? And in my area we have not 5G.

@harmonia Your new sim will still pick up 4G even if it’s a 5G enabled contract.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Your 5G SIM Plan will only pick up 4G for 2 reasons:
- Your phone is only 4G.
- There is no 5G in your area.
