4gee router & TP link extender

Hi All

I have a 4gEE router and have previously used a wifi extender (TP Link) to extend the reach of my EE wifi.

Since changing to 4gee I can't seem to get it working. I have paired it and my devices show the 2x extended network options and can connect however when connected it advised they are connected with no internet. I wondered if anyone had an idea as to why or a solution I could try. Thanks

@T100mbo  you have linked the TP link and your router ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

There is a TP Link app called 'Tether'.  Download it and follow the guidance to link to your extender.  Once it is set up with your extender it should find all of your attached 'clients'.  As soon as you open it you should also be able to see your extended network (your router) with both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands.

I have indeed. It shows connected but no internet
Yeah that's how I have connected it but it though it'd showing connected to the router, when I have connected a device to the extender, it says connected no internet

I do get that message on the odd device once in a blue moon, it can usually be cured by restarting the affected device.  If all else fails try factory resetting the TP and setting it up again, follow the instructions carefully.  I have a 4GEE router with a TP Link RE450 and it works fine so yours should too.
