4g / 5g upgrade

Hi guys I've just ordered my upgrade phone im currently using Samsung note 9 upgraded to note 20 ultra I recieved a message stating my new sim is on the way and that I should register it once received. 

Would I be able to use my old sim or do I need the new sim with the plan I have gone to is 5g ? TIA

@Jay_devaney   You can use your old sim as it will work with 5G.
