4GEE data sim contract upgrade to a sim only contract?

Hi everyone

 

I currently have a 4GEE Wifi device with a contract that is available to upgrade now. I also have a sim only phone contract that is ready to upgrade.

 

I'd like to upgrade my 4GEE Wifi contract to one of the upgrade offers available for my sim only contract. Is this possible? And how should I go about setting it up?

 

I've previously sorted my upgrades on the Live Chat, but I'm having no luck today!

Hi @DP90 

 

Welcome to the EE Community,

 

If you call 150 and select the option to upgrade they will be able to upgrade your data sim for you to a sim only contract.
