4G Router data usage error message

Been trying to check usage on my new router but keep getting an error message "sorry an error occurred" please try later.  Been unable to view since start of contract 28 days ago can anybody help as using a lot more data than I thought so far....  can anybody advise why I can't see itemised view?

Hi HM Brabster.. Is yours the 4GEE mains router?  The 'check how much data you have left' in the router settings isn't itemised.  I tend to check mine every 1-2 days to see how much has been used but that is all you get - a figure of data remaining.  It might be worth removing, cleaning and replacing the sim card just in case of contamination.
As a general guide it is streaming, netflix, film & music clips, gaming etc that use a lot of data.  Simply web browsing, emails, shopping etc only tends to use 1-2 GB per day.

Thanks for the information, however its very annoying that you can't see an itemised list, feel this shouldn't  be offered as a service if they can't provide it...
