Hi all.

Had a notification on my EE app that I could upgrade now and pay no upgrade fee.

When I go to the upgrades page it still saying I need to pay the £196 early upgrade fee.

Anybody know why this is ? It doesn't really give me much information .

Hey, i've just come off the phone to an advisor and say said that it would be subject to a trade-in deal.

 

However, I am wanting to change from iPhone to Android and the advisor told me that the offer is only applicable if i was going from an iPhone to another iPhone and only if its a more expensive plan? theres no mention of this anywhere on my account OR in and T&C's..
