"Claim once accepted you will have your device in 24hours" it's not the reality!

 People from the store has made my mind to choose EE insurance over the one I had because I would have my device in 24hours once my claim was accepted .I have just found out my claim has been accepted but EE doesn't have the device in stock so... I have to wait wait wait ... Wait ... Wait ... Unfortunately I have lost my iPhone and my watch both insured through EE and guess I will have to wait ... Wait wait and wait ! It's so unfair!

 I'm so disappointed with EE ! 

 Looking the news I will have my device only next year now ! It's unfair and disappointing!

You "lost" both items? 

Your insurance covers replacements by refurbished versions I assume? If they have no stock then they cannot replace them obviously.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

 Hi I understand that course but they have only mentioned the bit "... If your claim is accepted we will replace your device in 24hours"

it's frustrating because my claim has been accepted but both devices won't be replaced because there's no stock ;-/

@josecf   And if your device was in stock to send out you’ll have it.    As soon as EE can get you a replacement you’ll get it.
