Awful experience transferring from BT and renewing contract with eE

I can safely say I have spent 10 days on endless hour long and longer phone calls with EE. To fix my Now tv and also phone (as I accepted their offer of SIM card!) I feel fragile and tearful still as issues still unresolved. Tonight I even had guide called Olivia suggest I call now tv myself to sort problem. When I said it was up to them to sort she was quite cheeky! Didn’t know what she was talking about which I learned later when I called yet again for help!  And did get some sympathetic guides (Shannon and Paul) trying their best to sort the problem. I’m at point of cancelling whole thing!

I know how frustrating it is when things don't go smoothly, and I'm so sorry that we've left you feeling this way. 

It sounds like the last Guides you spoke to are in the process of getting this all resolved, which is good to hear. 

What was the advice when you last spoke with us?
