Hiya, just bought a new phone yesterday, and as I was trying to set it up, I was trying not to transfer anything on my old phone, like photos, but it did anyway. Would I need to restart the phone to stop this? Any help appreciated, thanks.

Hi @sob251106

Welcome to the community.

If you do not want to transfer anything from your old phone to your new phone, you can set it up as a new phone without transferring old data.

If it has already transferred data over you could do a factory reset and start the set up again.

Thanks

Good morning @sob251106

Everything will remain on your old phone unless you delete it.

However everything on your new phone will be deleted once you have done the master reset.
