iphone XR update 15.3.1now frozen

the screen is now frozen after the update with the tab saying "your iPhone has been updated to iOS 15.3.1"  with the 'ok' tab.  Tab not working. wont turn off either, any ideas??

No. I have just been to the EE store and they were not helpful at all. advised me to take it to another store that fixes phone screens.
