iPhone screen frozen

My iPhone screen has frozen. Tried forced restart and have tried letting battery die and then restarting. Not worked. I’ve only had it for 6 weeks. Should this happen? I’m now back to using my old iPhone 5.
Will it be under warranty still? Do I need EE or Apple to fix it? What might be the problem? Never had this before.

Don't worry, a frozen iPhone is a common issue. Here's a simple solution:-

  1. Force Restart Your iPhone For iPhone 8 and later, including iPhone SE (2nd generation):- Press and hold both the Side and Home buttons until you see the Apple logo.
  2. Check for low battery:- If your iPhone is low on battery, it might freeze. Charge it for a while and try again.
  3. Check for storage issues:- A full storage can cause performance issues. Free up some space by deleting unused apps or photos.
  4. Update iOS:- Ensure your iPhone is running the latest iOS version. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
