Good Morning,

I ordered my iPhone 18 pro max 256gb on                   24 September and was told dispatch time was 14 days. Noting it has now been 15 days. Seeing people be told there is now a 28 day or longer wait time for this I am thinking of cancelling my order. How much longer am I expected to wait for my phone?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I actually called them yesterday and they didn’t give me an expected time frame. Just said that my order is confirmed but no delivery date

you have ordered a high demand device at launch, there is always delays, and despatch 'estimates' can vary..   they are totally reliant on apple actually making the device available..
