Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch and the new special edition Apple fold phone, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.95000 views thank you for your support and love.

If I didn't have F&F with EE - I, for sure would have left - however I'm slightly happy with the delay (slightly) because I wanted to see what Apple's fix was for these batch of devices with a faulty hinge

EE chat told me they’re not getting any more stock of iPhones Duos at all in the next 28 days… 

At least they’re not even bothering to give any hope now.

True, my husband said the same - if theres an issue with them at least apple can fix this before the new batches are sent out. Fingers crossed! I was close to looking into samsung but iv had an iphone since they came out, i dont think i could move over to samsung now!

I ordered the iPhone 18 pro max burgundy 256g on 17th October. Is there a rough estimate as to when this will be dispatched? Where I would be in the queue?

Heard rumours of January 2027. If that’s true and I get any confirmation of that, I’m cancelling my order and never giving EE my business again. The stock isn’t the issue, the awful customer “service” is.

I wouldn’t read too much into what the tracking says. Mine is still showing as “order confirmed” when I received the phone last Friday..

I wasn’t told that I was simply told we don’t know. It could just show up without us being told. Apple has handled this launch terribly they’ve left many carriers and customers in the dark completely. Basically nobody knows. Hopefully we all get good news in coming weeks

You are aware that the cs agents will be getting the lack of info & passing it on. Havimg experience of this in the past they just get xx days or whatever. People chasing all the time as though it's the most important thing ever gets soul destroying as well
