Im concerned because when I try to track my order it states my order reference number isn't valid. I had my order confirmation email with my reference number by 13:05 yesterday. my order reference starts with 0061, anyone else in the same position? I ordered the 18 pro max 256gb burgundy.

Had mine at 8:02 this morning for an upgrade order. Mine was an online order with an XKO number, so this is a very good sign everything is ok.

Use the other tracker someone posted below. If it doesn't work with your email try your phone number. 

The tracker’s always a mess and the updates mean nothing. Last year people were getting deliveries and the tracker didn’t update at all.

Edit to add: So it worked once, and then not again. So I think any issues are likely related to backroom shenanigans and not anything up with the orders tbh.

Does anyone else's order number start with EE-717? That was the reference they provided and it's saying invalid? Tried to message but they weren't able to track it so I was advised to call. Leaving that till tomorrow when the lines aren't so busy. I ordered online at 13:50 (PM blue, 256gb - sim free) and it was within 14 days of launch day.

Hey Rysster, 

I ordered on the phone mate, I was on at 12:57 and had my order in and confirmed by 13:35, would of been earlier but the fella on the phone was trying to ram their EE broadband down my throat for 10-15 minutes!! 
Mate I wouldn’t worry just as long as you can see it’s CONFIRMED, remember the last 2 years? People getting their DPD delivery and the tracker STILL hadn’t updated. 
You will know when you get that DPD notification the night before mate.

They seem to all talk about the broadband, they must have been instructed on it. Yeah I know what you  mean, I didn’t upgrade last year but did the year before. I am just excited to be doing this again haha
