Hiya I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max in deep blue on October 20th and I was just wondering when it will actually arrive as at the moment I am currently on my old plan which has been paid of and still paying for same one 😕 I’m due to go on holiday in 9 days and I was hoping it would turn up before I went away if any of ur ee customer service people have anymore information for me it would be really appreciated thankyou xx

Hello, I ordered the exact same as you on the same day and Im currently waiting for an update, but a couple people on here that ordered the same as us just a day before us (31/10) received their DPD text tonight, so fingers crossed we get our update in next day or two 🤞

The estimated timescale for that model was 14 days when you ordered. 

It is showing the oldest outstanding order is from 30th October, so hopefully it won't be much longer for you.

I've noticed a couple people who ordered the same model and colour us just a day before our order date on the 31/10, and they received their DPD text yesterday, so is it same to assume we would receive ours if we ordered on 1/11?

I couldn't say when you would get it @Reeceives, as we don't have anyway of seeing how many orders are ahead of yours or when stock arrives, just the timescales and the oldest outstanding order date.

When there is stock for your order, you'll get the same DPD text or notification in the DPD app if you have that.
