Hiya I ordered a iPhone 17 pro max in deep blue on October 20th and I was just wondering when it will actually arrive as at the moment I am currently on my old plan which has been paid of and still paying for same one 😕 I’m due to go on holiday in 9 days and I was hoping it would turn up before I went away if any of ur ee customer service people have anymore information for me it would be really appreciated thankyou xx

I ordered the pro max silver 256gb on the 9th of october. Have only recieved the order placed message. Any updated for this model?

That model was showing a dispatch time of more than 28 days at the point you had ordered it, but when I've looked now it is showing as estimated dispatch within 14 days for orders placed today so looks like there may be stock due soon.
We can't see how many orders are ahead of yours, or the amount of stock coming in, but they will be dispatched on a first come, first served basis.
When your phone is on the way, you'll get a text or email from DPD, or notification in the DPD app if you have that, to let you know when to expect delivery.

Hello, congrats on finally getting notified about your delivery!
If you don't mind me asking, do you know how long you was told dispatch would be when you ordered? As I've ordered the exact same as you on the 1st November and was told up to 2 weeks for delivery so just want to see if the timescale EE give us are accurate

Timescales vary depending on the colour, memory size and model you ordered.
If you could provide me with what device you ordered I would love to see if I can provide you with a timescale.
