Yeah it was an xko number and it seems to be completely useless as any form of tracking. Have reached out to them but still nothing back. Payment is still pending for the upfront cost but don’t want to re-order incase the same issue and then potentially having to wait a week for 2 x upfront costs to be refunded.

Ordered 17 pro max 2tb in blue.

I think location is more important than the time of day ordered. I’m in south west London, still on “confirmed” no SMS yet, order confirmation email was 16:47 on 12th

12/09 23:07 Ordered mine online, received XKO Number in email stating “contact us”

13/09 10:25 Rang EE, changed plan from 36 month to 24, confirmed all is ok. 
 
My XKO number has never worked for tracking, nor did I ever receive a 00 or 02 number. 

12:49 today, DPD text came through.

Yeah, I’m based in Hertfordshire area. And still heard nothing. But other big locations have had there’s confirmed for delivery tomorrow

Just had my other confirmation of deliver for the AirPods Pro 3...

Perhaps it’s to do with how far away your address is from the nearest ee depot. I would imagine those who are further away would get their SMS earlier as a longer delivery journey would be required. All speculative on my part just a theory
