I ordered same day as you, 17 Pro Max, Deep Blue, 256GB. Finally got my DPD text an hour ago, along with my delivery pin, so it’ll more than likely arrive tomorrow.

Funnily enough, I’m in London tomorrow on business so I won’t be home so I’ll have to wait until Thursday to get it!

Hello, congrats on finally getting an update on getting your new phone!

If you don't mind me asking, how long was you told you'd have to wait for the dispatch when you ordered the device?

I've just ordered the exact same as you on the 1st November and I'm being told up to 2 weeks now for delivery, so I'd just like to see if the timescale that they give you is accurate.

I’m little help in that area if I’m honest. I ordered through customer support on 14/10 and they told me I’d get it in a few days. Obviously I wasn’t expecting to get it within the next few days but I definitely didn’t expect almost a month!

However, if it gives you hope, EE is one of Apples largest distributors, and Apples own website estimates 14th Nov-19th Nov for the model that you and I ordered. EE have also recently changed the dispatch wait time to 14 days for the model that we ordered. From reading this thread, it does seem like EE are finally catching up on all of the orders. Only the other day, people who ordered on 4th Oct were saying they were getting their new phones.

I don’t want to give you false hope though!
