2 quick things as I'm only here every 2 years for this thread!

1. Am I right in thinking to get the most out of F&F discount you need to ensure you're on all rounder/full works rather than flex pay?
2. How does the upgrade work 12m before end of a 36m contract? Is there a big downside versus the previous 24m contracts and then upgrade?

The F&F only applies to the airtime, not the device. The rate is 50% off any 12m contract or more, so you'd get the same proportion off no matter what, if you get the device on flexpay (and a simonly) or in contract. It'll be down to whatever works for you, no one has the exact prices yet for the contract so we're all just guessing

When can i order the iPhone 17 with EE is it the same as ordering it with apple on Friday? Or is it different to order it directly from EE? Can i do this at an EE shop?

It’s pretty much changed since last year not exactly sure but you need to look how much you still have left over to pay for an upgrade.

Hi all, first time doing this since the 14 Pro Max. What an absolute nightmare that was due to chip shortages.

Tempted by the Air this time out. Can anyone recall if we get some contract prices to look at before pre-orders go live? It would be good to know what to expect before the panic ensues at 1pm on Friday, usually accompanied by web page timeouts.
