I also ordered mine on Sunday evening but was told different things, within 28 days, after 21 days, and to wait for DPD text

Me too literally around this time on Sunday.

Just had a quick chat with EE and got a first come first basis response, the agent no matter how I asked wouldn’t deviate from a scripted response.😂

Mine has just changed to preparing for dispatch, how do I change it on the form?

Same here. And I have ordered for pick up from my local EE store. Because I am will be at work. And remember two years ago with 15 Pro Max, I ordered to ee store, and haven't received anything from DPD. Just after 2-3 chats with EE, they are told me that it was delivered to store. No sms no nothing

It's good to be positive but I think the CSO has told you a bit of a fib.. I'd love to be proven wrong though.

I ordered on the Saturday at 5pm last year and had to wait 2-3 weeks.

Yhh the communication with ee currently is all over the place, just have to hope dpd or ee get into contact sooner rather than later.

Mine did this yesterday but I’m holding out until I get the DPD message to officially mark it as despatched.

to change it you would go back to the form which you completed last time and click ‘edit your responses’
