i’ve pre ordered the 17 pro yesterday but when i look on the tracking info it says it’s already been dispatched but the phones not even out yet?

Yeah most times the EE tracker doesn’t move & DPD updates within seconds. So definitely have it installed & registered & hopefully get a notification from them tomorrow

Yeah the dpd app uses your same contact information so whenever you receive a parcel that is being sent with them it’ll update. A bit like Royal Mail, Evri etc

Did you receive a different email from DPD with a tracking number as I only have the EE order confirmation so far. I ordered on saturday morning.

No when DPD collect your order they will email or send a notification through the app. Most of the time DPD will be the only update you get.

Yep. And even after you get the DPD notification, EE tracking on their app still shows no update! Lol

Yep. EE tracking is generally pretty poor, not just for preorders 😆

I think we just need one person on this thread to receive their DPD text or email… especially if they’ve been told their phone is arriving Friday. Once that happens, the floodgates will open in a good way ✌🏽🤞🏾

Just spoken to 5 different people and they all said my device been assigned and picked should be shipped today or tomorrow for Friday delivery 🚚
