Hello everyone I was just scrolling down the comments and noticed that most of the people can’t track their order, just wanted to make sure once thing with you guys sometimes when you try to track your order you have to try it with your phone number that is linked with your ee account or your email address that is linked with your ee account one of them should work definitely, hope this helps.

I have tryd both phone number and email says we can’t track this order or something like that

Then it’s 100% an open sales order, they will confirm and send you the confirmation email address with the order number once they have confirmation, and sometimes that takes days or weeks

I keep getting told it’s a open sales order it’s all gone through on there end when I placed the order got told I will get it on Friday got a screen shot of my order and says delivery slot 19th

My story real quick in case it helps someone:
tried to preorder on Friday about 14:00ish
Wouldn’t go through initially, so disabled the WiFi (non-EE) broadband, and on 5G it worked.
got an xko number (ending 0224)
Model: iPhone 17 Pro - Cosmic Orange - 256Gb
also got a message on screen that someone would call in 48hrs
unable to track: the website kept displaying a timeout message
Waited the 48hrs (today) - no called received so called 150.
the order had failed.
completed a new order. Now have a 00 order number, and a confirmation email, and can track it, but delivery date unavailable.

Ordered mine pro max cosmic orange got email almost straight away/online order so it uses a web order number that is actually your confirmation of order next update will be tracking DPD I can view my order via number/email in track I ordered 1.18pm 9th

Assuming yours also just says “Pre-Order” when you track your order. Nothing else?

It won't show anything in the delivery box ect the next update on this will be once it's scanned out/DPD this week I had exactly the same last year and was dispatched for delivery day so all going well should be ok will update as soon as I know anything new?the way it works is by order base the operators don't know anything to do with delivery dates that's warehouse operations only/times ordered and when your order number gets picked up.

The most annoying part is the customer service team see on their screens an item in stock but in the warehouse it could be out of stock/back orders next wave there totally separate systems customer service have no idea how many units are actually in the warehouse at any given time so misleads ppl thinking items are available when not/I had this issue two years ago and after a lot of back n forth and manager call backs I was explained to how things actually go down,so when they say it's in stock and you'll get it delivery day they are pipping hot air it's impossible for them to know that as they don't know the amount actually available lol

I ordered the pro orange 256gb today around 1pm. They wouldn’t tell me a date just that it’ll be “delivered from Friday onwards”
