I’m soooo sad the ee guide told me 7 days ago that ild have my phone by now clearly didn’t mean it I ordered on the 26th a iPhone 17 pro max silver

From reading, all the 15th was sent out. I’m assuming they are waiting for more stock which can take week or so.. they told me that they don’t have stock every week…

I ordered the day before you the same phone. I was told around 28 days. There’s people who ordered before me still waiting.

So with that being the case. Is it going to be a week every time they send the orders out? If they’ve only sent the phones out to those who ordered on the 15th, then will the next be the ones who ordered on 16th and then on and on? 

if thats the case i could be waiting till late November for mine since I ordered the 21st. This is shocking from both apple and EE for not being openly honest with their customers

Possibly. There’s no real communication until you get your DPD notification.

If that’s the case then how have some people who ordered on the 16-17th already received their phones

Think it depends on the colour more than anything. It’s the Silver that’s the problem.
