Hi guys.

I ordered mine via the app on the 17th Sep ( iphone pro max orange 512) I received my email with the  xko order number.

On the 17th i had my order confirmation email with the updated order number.

On the 26th i received an email on the 26th "Your order in on track".

On the 3rd Oct i received an email "Good news your order is coming soon".

I received my txt off Dpd with pin today at 10.17 am, My order tracking on EE still says under "Expected delivery date " still says "Awaiting confirmation".

I wouldn’t rely on the ee tracking much your DPD text is all that matters. Still waiting on my pro max orange 256 and I’ve ordered a day before you 😅

I got beyond frustrated with the lack of knowledge from the staff who just keep fobbing you off.
Anyway I cancelled my cosmic orange order and I went with the blue instead (pro max) I ordered an hour ago. DPD have text me and it’s been delivered tomorrow.

I have literally just asked what stock is available colour size whatever,  I was told none for the Pro Max, offered a pro instead I said no thank you.

I was willing to change my order probably would’ve had to pay more a month but they told me nothing was available, and just to wait.
