Got my DPD text at 12 today for a silver PM 512GB. Ordered on the 14th so hopefully everyone has also gotten theirs! Currently on track to my local depot.

Ordered on the website, iPhone 17 pro max orange.

Said the item was in stock so happily went ahead, received the confirmation email dispatched in 24hrs, great , or so o thought.

tracked my order on the website which stated it was dispatched but I hadn’t heard anything from DPD. So I called 150 to check, I was then told the website is wrong and there is no stock and it could be 2 months before there is again!

im livid, if I knew this i wouldn’t of upgraded, it’s literally false advertising on the website and customer service were literally no help and not interested in the slightest!

oh and the website still states my order as dispatched. It’s literally just lies to get everyone to sign deals so they don’t loose them to other operators 

I’ve been with ee for over 15 years and have never experienced this level deceit

*update* sadly my 17 pro in blue has been dispatched just spoke to an EE guide on the messages and not the 17 pro max 🥲🥲 

bittersweet as I’m not keeping the 17 pro for myself but it’s also good to know that it’s coming soon as I’ve only ordered it on last Saturday, meanwhile I ordered the PM on the 16th

can I still expect my pro max orange to come along with my 17 pro?

I only ordered my iPhone pro max 256gb in the deep blue last Wednesday, today I’ve had the DPD text to say they have my parcel!

Over the phone is faster imo. Whenever I do it online it either has to be manually pushed through with CS or you’ll end up at the back having to wait for it to be. And that’s if cs know about doing it manually. Almost all online chat agents have zero info but a few have given me consignment info. lol
