Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

It’s actually annoyed me that those that ordered on the 12th (like myself) seem to be getting pushed back whilst others are being prioritised.

Any joy so far? I know it’s first world problems, but has anyone received their IP17 PM who preordered on the 12th? Seems to be one monumental faux pas in failing to procure and deliver these phones out! Perhaps Apple has a money flow issue in making these phones…. Yeah right 😂

Not necessarily being prioritised. I myself have pre ordered on the 16th first thing in the morning with no luck to this day. Feel like they’re picking orders at random to be sent out

Uhmm i don't think so, Pre Ordered a Blue PM 256GB on the 12th at like 1:04pm so should of been one of the first lot to get one imo... on a Phone and Sim Plan, a week later since launch (almost) all i've got is "Your Order Is On Track" no est delivery date or tracking info from DPD yet.

It’s still prioritising others over who should be prioritised, considering it’s meant to be ‘first come first served’ and other quotes about going in the order of when it was placed. 
If someone that ordered on the 13/15/17th etc are receiving their order before me then I’d say that’s being prioritised over anyone else who ordered on the 12th.

Either way, it’s massively unacceptable on EE’s part to have not delivered in the order it was placed and for the constant BS/robotic responses  they keep repeating yet not sticking their words to.

So I went onto live chat to query the whole ‘first come, first serve’ and they advised me that this was the case. I mentioned how people have said they had got their deliveries before me even though they had their orders placed after me. Was told this cannot be the case and that he has checked my order and it will be 28 days from today for my phone, I then went back to him and said I was told 28 days from the launch date and he apologised and said he checked for the wrong model of phone and that it is indeed 28 days from launch date.

It came this morning but I've heard nothing on my cosmic orange 256GB. She feels bad for me as I broke my 13 PM 3 weeks ago so just using a really bashed up XS atm that was my Step Daughters. The screen flickers and has a Green tint it's absolutely hanging on for it's life. But I believe we will all get them in the end...

I have just been on LC and been told that no more PMs will be sent out for at least 28days as there isn’t the stock, and that I can expect my 17pm 512 in silver to come at the end of October even though i ordered on the 12th as compensation offered me one month of TNT sports… I politely declined. This is getting ridiculous now
