I ordered the Silver PM 256GB on Saturday 13th at around 9am and have confirmation emails etc but no movement on EE app or DPD Text. 

The fascinating tracker sheet here predicted 17/10 for my delivery and I just called and the phone guide said “about a week” is what’s “showing on his system”. Not sure what to make of that… I know the guides often say all manner of different things. 

But he did confirm that the orange and silver were much more delayed than the blue though he couldn’t say about the storage - I assume this would affect it too though. 

Anyway, no real point to this message except to be here in solidarity with those of you who are also still waiting!

Right so after I’ve been told by a guide through the messaging yesterday that I could come pick it up in store this morning I decided to take a trip down.

they were surprised that she even suggested it in the first place as they have no stock apparently. They seemed to not know what they were doing either just as much as the guides through the app and call 🤣🤣 the person did say that my order would hopefully get dispatched by next week though so that’s that, again no clear answer but it is what it is. Just a waiting game really

I ordered the 17 PRO MAX 512 cosmic orange on the 16th got my confirmation around lunch time same day.
yesterday I received a your order is on track

.but says it’s still awaiting confirmation

So I pre ordered my iPhone on pre order date. still haven't got it or even an eta for it. 

I just read that some people are being told the 21st October to get theirs is this correct does anybody know?

Hi everyone, been following this all week and thought I’d share my experience in case it helps anyone else out. 
long story short ordered pro max 512gb in orange but after being told 28 days I decided to cancel it. Next day I got in touch and was told within 14 days for the blue version so ordered that instead. Yesterday was told it would be 28 days but a couple of hours later received pin from DPD and it’s due to be delivered today. 
only ordered it on Monday afternoon

Edit, after being told yesterday 28 days I put in a formal complaint. Highly doubt that’ll be why it’s been quicker though as I’m sure they wouldn’t have seen it yet

Anyone who received the your order is on track email, any updates? Did it help? I’ve just received it and not sure whether it means anything or fudge all

The 'Order is on Track' email is just an automatic email that comes 7-8 days after the order was placed.

It just means it's still on the system. Just got to wait for stock to be available.
