Hello dear Ee community people, is that time of the year again, pre ordering the new iPhones and Apple Watch, as you all know the apple event is going on live right now and they are presenting the new iPhones and Apple Watches, I have made this thread so everyone can be updated on every single information for the upcoming days, so follow this thread and keep updated, I received a lot of views last year on my previous thread that was viewed more than 1.65000 views thank you for your support and love.

Wish they would just provide a firm date like Apple does of October 14th - 22nd for new orders currently.

Even if it was a later date than that.

I really think they don't have enough stock for a while and are just hoping people won't cancel their orders if they don't say anything and took more orders than they could fufill.

I wouldn’t put too much faith in the EE app, my DPD tracker currently says it’s a few stops away but i’ve had 0 communication from EE and the app shows no information as well and has been that way since i ordered. the only way i’ve had reliable updates is to call the CS team

I just called EE who said that orders placed between by 3pm on September 12th would be looking at a 14 day lead time and orders placed later in the day were looking at the 21 day lead time from launch.

He said it looks like my order fell into the 14 days window, but he was confident I would receive the phone by the end of next week by the latest.

My CS was confident that I’d receive my iPhone on the 19th of September, and that it was already in the warehouse waiting for DPD to collect it. However, as we can all see, his confidence didn’t work 🤣 Still waiting orange 256 gb.

Orange pro max 1TB, and I ordered on the 12th.

I received an email at 2:50pm with an xko number that mentioned the expected delivery on the launch date of the 19th.

However he said that the website wasn't  correctly updating with accurate delivery dates after the initial allocated stock sold out earlier in the day.

He said internally on the system my order was confirmed at around 3:30pm as a 14 day delivery window not the launch day.

Congrats, seems they have been sending quite a few blue out the last few days. Silver and Orange seem to be struggling behind.
