Yeah, I’m on the 14th with a 256GB orange iPhone. If I knew that the 512GB version would dispatch faster, I’d definitely get that. For me, 256GB of memory is enough, and 2TB of iCloud storage is a bonus. 😅

Did you order through upgrade or only mobile only?

Out for delivery with DPD, but I’ve not been sent a pin yet…

It very much isn't. I challenged customer services via chat to explain how an order placed on the 16th for an IP17 PM 256GB Blue could have been picked and dispatched before an order placed on the 12th for the exact same phone - sidestepped the issue by saying "because we can't access that account I cannot say" - also didn't offer to look into it or do anything about it.
I don't blame the staff so I keep it as civil as possible with them - I do blame EE for giving their staff misleading, incorrect and inconsistent information to pass on to their customers. I can accept delays, honestly I wasn't really expecting to get it on launch, thats always luck of the draw. I can't stand being mugged off and given vague, varied and indefinite answers.

I saw one other case like this on here - the courier wasn't able to hand the package over without the code and the delivery had to be rescheduled but the order didn't have to be cancelled or anything so if the code doesn't arrive its not the end of the world but you'll need to contact customer services I think. Fingers crossed that it will arrive in time! Good luck.
