You say if you didn't order it on the Friday it ain't comming, I ordered mine at like 3 mins past 1pm on the 12th and i ain't getting mine today... Its a hat pull if your gunna get it today or not.

I preordered a 17 Pro Max in Orange on Friday, got confirmed on Saturday but upon speaking to EE Today, they told me it was up to 28 days, there’s a slight chance I could get it next week but it’s not guaranteed and it’s pretty much guess work at this point. When I asked about stock on the standard Pro’s I got told it was the same. 

thankfully I rang back as the website was showing the 17 Pro Orange in stock, got through to a different lovely EE Guide who said they were in fact in stock, changed up my order and within an hour and a half got a DPD text with tracking for delivery tomorrow 🥳

Two phones ordered at the same time around 4pm on release day - one from EE and one from John Lewis. The John Lewis one arrived today, no issues. EE said it would be delivered on 19th when I ordered, but now it’s showing as DPD delayed with no other explanation or expected delivery date. Poor communication and really frustrating that I choose EE based on a delivery date of today and then nothing shows. Poor customer experience.

Mine came today - Iphone 17 pro in orange 256gb - non sim - ordered on the 15th , received today. Couldnt be happier. The orange looks stunning!!

If you can't get any Pro 3s, there is a backlog on Apple and Amazon. I ordered some at John Lewis yesterday and they're due with DPD today.

I did got a text confirmation now 🙄 been told 3 working days. On my orders my old order is still there so I don’t get it

I could have collected them from Trafford centre today but didn’t look till few hours after order. If no update by Tuesday I’ll just go elsewhere

So close today yet so far. DPD got the parcel to the depot at about 11PM. Chatbot told me it would be delivered today. It said wait till 12 for the delivery slot. Nothing came, then said by 1PM. Then that came and phoned the helpdesk and they were like it’s delayed but we don’t know why. Local depot have scheduled to Monday. I guess that’s what you get for living in the north of Scotland!
