I’m in a similar position but I did get an email from EE last night telling me that DPD had my delivery. However, I’m concerned that EE will have passed on the phone number that they sold me, rather than the one that I ported over to them on Monday, so I won’t get a text from DPD. . 

it’ll be interesting to see if they turn up, and then if they let me have the delivery!

Have you tryd downloading the dpd app and using email and phone number for your ee account on there as you will get the pin on the app.

Yes - I have it. But they use phone number and address to link deliveries to me. And they’ve been given the wrong phone number by EE - I have no way of accessing texts sent to that number. So I’ve just got to hope that they’ll take other id instead, or that I can get EE to update it or at least give me a delivery tracking number so I can contact DPD directly about it.

I have the same issue, I have checked this morning and there is still no official tracking information , not even an expected delivery date. I also have the early upgrade fee showing as a credit, I have been assured this will be removed today “when the phone actually launches” I’ve tried to search google to see if anyone has an incline of what time things should start updating, but I can’t find any , xko ends in 642

I had an issue last year where they used a number I couldn’t receive sms on. The phone was due on a Saturday and I only found out when I called in asking for my pin. EE can check the number and fix it if you call them. Mine went back to the DPD depot and was delivered on the Sunday which was a surprise to me as I didn’t realise they did Sundays. Hopefully for you, they will confirm they have the correct number.

If you contact EE when they open they’re able to update the telephone number on the delivery. The delivery driver can resend the PIN to you from his MDT / data terminal.

So both my watch and phone contracts have updated, though it appears the phone contract is missing the perk discount, but only have one tracking number, no idea which for, as I can’t track the watch as I have no order number, just the thanks for your order email
