Ive also had my Ultra confirmed for delivery tomorrow, had the DPD text and an email from EE.

Also I strangely had all my EE texts come through today telling me im on my new plan.

That usually only happens the day I get my phone 🤔

In previous years my plan change texts have always come on dispatch day, usually at the same time as the DPD notification.

Today, my DPD notification came this morning just after 9:30, and my plan texts came through hours later this afternoon.

 Ordered on Friday 12th around 2pm, got confirmation at 4:50pm, today got DPD pin at 12:00pm / upgraded to early delivery and it looks like happy days 🤞

Are you able to see your plan details in the EE app? I can and its not showing my F&F discount...

Also the contract duration bar is no longer split in two like it was before. Its split in two to signify 1 year per bar, showing you how you can upgrade a year in for free.

Evening all, quite a smooth process this year, upgraded over the phone last Friday, iPhone 256gb in Silver, order was complete and gone through by 13:34 inwhich I received my 004 tracking number, not that the tracking system is ever great with EE, but I kept faith and trusted the guy on the phone when he said I will received 19th, and he was right, my DPD app pinged this morning at 9:30 with my PIN code and on its way to my local depot.

Has anyone else lost their Apple One and haven't been able to re-select it?  I'm on the full works, so I should be able to choose apple one as the extra I want, instead it's offering netflix premium, xbox pass, tnt sport or google ai pro.

I called them and he said he couldn't get it to select either, it's been passed to the person that did the upgrade and their manager has processed it and it'll go on overnight.  Hope so because I've lost my extra storage, arcade and apple music.

I have a feeling it might have something to do with their systems going down during the order process, she had to read everything out manually instead of sharing a screen.  Email received and phone is on the way, should be here tomorrow, ip17pm silver 256gb.

Had my order confirmed @ 15:37 on the 12th for a Silver Pro Max 256GB. Heard nothing since that original email. Looks like most have had their texts & app update throughout today so doesn’t look like mine will be arriving tomorrow. Unless anyone had some real late notifications last year? 

Not all negative though, ordered an Ultra 3 direct from Apple and my DPD is up to date with that so I’ll get something tomorrow! Wishful thinking hoping I’d get both devices on the same day lol!

I can see my plan details, but they haven't updated.

I don't have F&F discount though, maybe this changes things. 

Also, how do I update my entry on the spreadsheet to show my orders dispatched btw?
