Of course! I wouldn’t recommend speaking to any EE guides though because they seem to not have any clue when people will have their phones dispatched, which isn’t really their fault tbf to them. But it seems like they just tell you whatever to try to get you off the phone lol

Clearly EE don't know when or how we are getting our phones..

Was told I'll guarantee have it within 4 weeks as I fly out this week for work, the store can't keep the phone longer then 7 days and I won't be here to collect it so the order is going to get cancelled all because the sales associate lied to get a sale which makes me wonder how hard are their targets?
But even worse? If you look in the EE website now

Orange order online and usually dispatched within 21 days.

Someone at EE seriously needs to come on this form and actually tell us what is going on, your customer service team is useless who have 0 information apparently or I'm just speaking to people who don't want to help.
I'm currently on day 38 for a delivery which was guaranteed to be here in 4 weeks as I am leaving for work..

Same boat here. Yesterday the orange was within 28 days so I wonder if stock has been delivered yesterday or this morning and it automatically updates the website based on stock levels. Maybe we'll see a text over the next couple of days.
When you placed your order, it's within 28 working days not 28 regular days. They forget to tell you that part. So 4 weeks to us was last week, 4 weeks to them is this week. Your 28th day is today. My 28th day is Friday. If you dont receive a text today id be straight onto EE and claiming a serious compensation.

Tomorrow will be my 28th day and have had no update since i ordered which was that the order was placed. I agree that customer service is useless

It's shocking to say the least. Other than the automated updates I've not received anything. I'm really holding onto the hope that any day now I'll receive my text. I'm tempted to cancel and go via Apple or another phone company but we'll see how this week goes

Yet they swear it's first come first serve. I've been seeing people over the past couple of weeks receive their devices that had ordered after me. I flagged this to EE and got told I am a liar!

I ordered on the 9th. Same phone and gb and haven't heard anything yet people that ordered after me have received theirs. Hopefully I will get it soon.

I've just spoken to EE and have been told Orange stock has arrived at the warehouse and devices will be allocated over the next 48 hours
