Ordered 17 pro max 2TB silver on 30.09.25 - got my DPD text today - how long after receiving the text until receiving the device when it is home delivery?

Ordered 17PM Deep Blue 256 with plan upgrade on 29th Sep 

Set the delivery address to ee store

Didn't received any text from dpd yet. When I try to setup my account on the app it says that my postcode is not available.

Yesterday i received the message from ee that my plan is changed and it was also reflected in the app but didn't get any info about the phone.

I am hoping that the phone is dispached from their warehouse.

If anyone's phone has been delivered to the store can you share your experience.

Judging from the tracking it looks like it should be delivered tomorrow - we will see how true that is -  and I will update you all accordingly. 

I do have to admit that I had been told at the time of ordering that it would be 28 days. I did order late afternoon on 30.09.25 (17pm silver 2tb) - day 1 would be counted as 01.10.25, 28 days being today and delivery looking like it will be tomorrow - that is true to their word. Albeit with minimal contact from EE - just generic emails and texts.

Just checked my order status on EE and finally days dispatched. Ordered 06/10 17PM Deep Blue 512g. Had loads of texts about my last contract ending and about extended warranty etc so I guess this is an indication that an order has been fully processed and dispatched on their part. Hope everyone gets theirs soon 🙏
